Weighing System at Johor port warehouse
For a few years, this international logistic company, has been on a mission to receive, mixing, shipping out and storage the massive cooper dust for their customer located at the Johor port warehouse. They recall that every year, over 20,000 tans of dust material were handled by them in term of receiving from the shipment, mixing out with the other material to made ready-mixed material as per requirements from their client.
This company crew relied on two loaders which they were renting from the machinery provider company to load their customer material and feed the material at the same time. In back few years, the company leveraged about over 200 trip every day made by wheel loader to mixed up the material for finish product and the pressure on the wheel loader operator is huge. Typically, the crew will estimate the total weight of material in the bucket, and they will calculate the mixed-up ratio by scoop counts. There are some issues raised up during the process, where not all the scoop material volume are the same. Therefore, start from January 2021, the customer starts looking for the technology to enhance their operation effectiveness and choose to use the weighing system provided and support from SITECH Malaysia.
