In back few years, the company leveraged about over 200 trip every day made by wheel loader to mixed up the material for finish product and the pressure on the wheel loader operator is huge. Typically, the crew will estimate the total weight of material in the bucket, and they will calculate the mixed-up ratio by scoop counts. There are some issues raised up during the process, where not all the scoop material volume are the same. Therefore, start from January 2021, the customer starts looking for the technology to enhance their operation effectiveness and choose to use the weighing system provided and support from SITECH Malaysia.
